• Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 60 days of the delivery
    date; refunds will be made in the same form as original payment
  • Only one return or exchange per item per order will be accepted
  • All shirts involving a refund or replacement claim must be sent back
    for inspection prior to refund or exchange.  Return shipping for size is paid by the purchaser
  • Refund or exchange requests as a result improper handling, laundering, or drying
    practices may be denied. If your request is denied, your shirt will
    be returned to you at no charge with explanation
  • If your shirt was confirmed as delivered by USPS tracking but you did
    not receive it, contact us or the USPS to file a mail theft complaint by phone at
    (800) 275-8777, via USPS online, or your local post office.  After you
    receive your mail theft Case Confirmation Number from USPS, include
    it with your request
    for a replacement within 60 days of the original
    confirmed delivery date via email or phone
  • Your order will arrive 7-10 business days after placement
  • Shipping is provided via USPS and will be paid by the purchaser; you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment with automated timely updates
  • Delivery must be made to the original order address
  • Purchases can only be shipped to addresses in the United States
